How to Make a Single Crochet
Hello everyone, my name is Prameswara and i am from class eleven science 3. For my english assignment, I'm gonna show you basic steps on making a single crochet.
To make a single crochet, you're gonna need:
1. A yarn
2. A hook. I used a 3.5 milimeters hook. But you can use any hook you want. It depends on the size of the yarn.
3. A needle.
4. And a scissor.
Ok so, without further ado, lets get started.
1. So first, we're gonna make a slip knot. Bring your yarn around your index finger and make a loop.
2. Now bring the yarn over the hook and hold it.
3. Draw the yarn with the hook through the slip knot. This makes one stitch.
Now lets repeat step 2 and 3 in sequence 10 more times.
4. Now we have 11 chain stitches and one loop on the hook
5. We'll go back to that 11 chain stitches, skip the first chain, and insert your hook into the center of this chain stitch.
6. We'll draw the yarn over the loop. And now there are 2 loops on the hook.
7. We'll draw the yarn again, and draw it through both loops.
And now you have one loop on the hook, and lets repeat step 6 and 7 until we reach the end of the row.
8. Now that we have reach the end of the row, we're gonna make a chain.

10. Pull the yarn. And thread it with this needle to secure this crochet we just made.
And thats it. We have just finished our single crochet.
